The United States’ new NATO doctrine, which targets Russia and China, aims to encircle these two giant countries of Asia.
The main reason for this is economic as always.
China will be the world’s largest economy by 2028, as all world experts agree.
She will not only become the largest economy, but also take over the world’s innovation and technology leadership.
In doing so, China sets out a great goal.
The Belt and Road Initiative announced in 2013 is the name of this huge project.
The Belt and Road Initiative is a giant vision that covers almost the entire world.
It promises economic and social development.
The geopolitical impact of this Asia-based initiative is enormous.
It covers the regions of Asia, Europe, Africa, even South America, Oceania and the Arctic.
The Belt and Road Initiative is essentially a formation, large enough to dethrone the Washington Consensus established by the United States after 1945.
It does not only include new and alternative trade routes.
A new exchange system, technological investments and ultimately new political alliances bring with it.
China’s suggestion is as follows: “We do not intend to become a world hegemon, a new imperialist state like the USA. As a socialist country, we want to put forward a new philosophy of global governance. For this, everyone and all countries sit at the table as equals and alltogether we produce common solutions to the common problems of humanity. ”
(We have seen this attitude in Covid 19 vaccines. Russia and China said they are ready to waive the patent fees. USA and Europe said no to this offer)
Not so bad, right?
The USA, on the other hand, sees this proposal as a clear threat to herself and treats what it knows best, bullying and the military.
That’s why she prioritizes Russia.
Because with her powerfull military, Russia is making a multi-faceted strategic alliance with China in a way that has never been seen in history.
Moscow, which has undertaken huge economic projects with China, stands by China not only in Asia, but also in the Arctic and Africa today.
We see that the following slogan came to the fore in the Biden era: China and Russia threaten the ‘world order based on rules’.
What is meant by the ‘rules’ here is the capitalist and even neo-liberal global exploitation order created by the USA.
These rules, the rules of the Atlantic hegemony created after 1945,are completely West-centered and also USA-oriented, and the expiry date has already passed.
The US’ world order based on the dollar and navy is now coming to an end.
The Biden administration knows well that it cannot deal with China and Russia alone and therefore calls its allies to the front.
While it has difficulty convincing its old allies such as France, Germany and Turkey to this, Biden is trying to take into effect the new (pariah) allies that it gained after the “Cold War” such as Poland, Ukraine and India.
He’s using all the cards he has.
But these efforts are in vain.
While the USA was the production base of the world in the 1950s, this title has now passed to China.
While more than 90 percent of international trade was made in dollars in the 1990s, today this rate has dropped to 46 percent.
Since 2008, when the Washington-based global structural economic crisis broke out, the US is now a exhausted world leader playing extensions.
The American capitalist and imperialist era, embodied in the UN, IMF, BIS, WTO, World Bank and most of all in NATO, is coming to an end.
But this will be a long and painful farewell.
The Biden administration seeks to provoke and suppress China and Russia as much as possible.
However, especially the Chinese administration left its old soft attitude.
She evolves from being a panda to a dragon.
For Russia, the rule of the game is clear: Responding to the threat with a bigger threat.
Putin explained his concept of being the first to use nuclear weapons with the password “our answer will be asymmetrical”.
Xi Jinping also ordered the People’s Liberation Army to “be ready for war” in May 2020.
China has noticeably increased its defense spending.
The US, which aims to cut off all roads of the Belt and Road Initiative by besieging China and Russia in commercial, political and military aspects, is playing a dangerous game.
USA is clearly a spoilsport by not leaving the world leadership she took over from United Kingdom one century ago, as brotherly to Asia.
But obviously this is a hopeless endeavor.
History continues its rule.
